Leadvision—Operations & Financial Analysis Intern
LeadVision is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations & Financial Analysis Intern to join our team. This internship is designed for a student interested in gaining hands-on experience with the operational and financial side of a growing business.
You’ll work with members of our team to help organize and analyze business data, support reporting, improve internal processes, and better understand how financial and operational performance impacts company decisions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, identifying trends, and understanding how a business operates behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with tracking and analyzing operational and financial data
- Help prepare recurring reports, spreadsheets, and performance summaries
- Review data for trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with revenue, expense, and other financial tracking
- Help organize and maintain internal reporting and documentation
- Support the team with data entry, validation, and reconciliation to ensure information is accurate
- Assist with evaluating business processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
- Help track key performance indicators and business metrics
- Support special projects involving financial or operational analysis
- Collaborate with different departments to gather information and better understand company performance
- Gain exposure to how leadership uses data and reporting to make business decisions
